Funo smoothly passed ISO9001: 2008 \ TL9000 R5.0 \ R4.5 renewal audit

July 11, 2011 to July 15, 2011, Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency conducted the renewal audit for Funo quality management system. The renewal audit was also the transferred version review of TL9000 V4.0/4.0 to TL9000 V5.0/4.5. Auditors examined Funo Company’s Fuzhou headquartered, Quanzhou Branch, Xiamen Branch and Funo's construction site, maintenance room and other locations through on-site visits, check data, face to face interviews, etc.
Through five days audit, the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency gives the conclusion that "TL9000R5.0/R4.5 transferred version work has been completed, and the operation of system is effectively." Meanwhile they have evaluated the overall performance of Funo company, considering that "In the past year, the Funo company hasstrengthened the monitoring and inspection on management and business process, and has adjusted quality objectives to further stringent requirements. Customer satisfaction has been improved than last year. "
